The Homecoming Collective is our growing network of partnerships with organizations and individuals that share our vision for reimagined missions and authentic community service.

  • Historically Black Colleges and Universities

College students deserve to see themselves in missions and service leadership. We partner with HBCUs to create study abroad alternatives that center Black excellence while building global perspectives. Students don't just go on Homecoming trips - they lead impact in their communities before and after their Jamaica experience. Through campus partnerships, we offer scholarships, pre-trip community engagement projects, and post-trip leadership opportunities where students become trip coordinators, campus organizers, and local service leaders.

  • Diverse congregations

Many congregations want to expand their missions perspective beyond traditional models. We work with Black churches and multicultural congregations to develop programming that honors both spiritual growth and social justice, creating missions experiences that align with their commitment to liberation and community empowerment.

  • Community Organizations and Grassroots Partners

We support existing community leaders rather than creating competing programs. We partner with Black-led nonprofits, community centers, and advocacy groups through Homecoming Weekends or by including their constituents in Homecoming trips.

We're collaborative and open to creative partnerships.
